Small holding or two bedroom property with large garden to be semi-self-sufficent

Ideally, I am looking for a sunny place with a view, a small holding with an orchard to grow vegetables, keep chickens, goats, bees and encourage wildlife with a wildlife pond. I want to utilise my skills as a specialist eating disorder dietitian to practice what I preach, achieving a balance of life, including caring for nature and yourself. Once established, I would like to offer summertime accommodation by way of a shepherd's hut or glamping where I can support an individual or a small group of people with recovery from their eating disorder. To do this, I would offer yoga, mindfulness, cooking, pickling, and fermentation products for a healthy microbiome, such as sourdough, kimchi, and kombucha. I want to be able to offer rest and relaxation, and balanced nutrition. For this, I need a jewel hidden in a vast universe. I am hoping someone reading this will know of such a place.
